Print Prices

      Fine Art Exhibition prints using Pigmented Ultrachrome archival inks, color or b&w, choice of 100% rag, imported fine art paper fully color corrected, museum quality, proofing included……

     50% discount on two or more additional prints ordered at the same time (same image, same size).
     30% discount on additional prints ordered at the same time (same image, same size).
     20% discount for additional prints not ordered at the same time or with changes in image or paper size. Must be ordered within 90 days. After this time, additional prints are 10% off.
     Additional 81/2" x 11" Proofs: $20. Proofs are not suitable for exhibition purposes.

     We can make exhibition prints up to 24" x 96". Call for quotes on print sizes not listed.
     WGS uses the state-of-the-art Epson 9800 printer, utilizing inks made specially for printing on Fine Art papers.

     Graphics Prints are made “as is” with no color corrections or modifications.
Proofs are $25. Epson Premium glossy or Epson Enhanced Matte papers only.………..

     Files you provide, for printing or retouching, should be on hybrid CD, readable on Mac or PC.

     If you provide a Zip disc, for scans or prints, it must be initialized for Macintosh, no exceptions.

     Files should be sized to print at 300dpi or greater; 360dpi is optimal.

     Files may be Tiff, Photoshop or Pict files sent as Grayscale, RGB or CMYK.

Proofing:
       High quality archival prints require a small proof, as a test. You approve the proof before the final print is made. Should you decide to make changes, additional proofing may be required. Additional proofing, if required or requested, will carry additional charges. Proofs are not generally suitable for exhibition purposes; WGS retains possession of the proofs for future reference.

       Scans which you provide may require additional "spotting" to remove dust marks, billed at $35/hour, or fraction thereof. Image modification, special effects, tonal changes, color correction, and retouching are billed at $75/hour, or fraction thereof.

Turnaround:
     Printing turnaround is generally five business days after receipt of material. Please contact us if your schedule is tight. We can often move more quickly. Rapid turnaround in less than two days involves rush charges.

Payment:
WGS requires a 25% minimum deposit on all work. MC or Visa preferred. Balance is due prior to release of the prints.
